The wooden temples and wooden swings require little maintenance as they are retreated to protect them from termite and dust.

Our temples and swings are polished with melamine finish. You only need to dust them with clean cotton cloth. 

You can use the lacquer spray to make the temple and swing look like a new one after few months.

P.S:  Each product is unique and handcrafted piece of art, hence slight variations may occur in design. These variations, in contrast to machine made finish, are promoted to preserve the authenticity, identity and artistic appeal of each product reflecting the individuality of the artisan.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, it will be insured and pass through the fumigation procedure as per the international law. After both procedures are completed, your order will be handed over to the shipping company.

There are two modes of transportation available:

1) Airway mode of Transportation

2) Seaway mode of Transportation

Details of Airway Mode of Transportation

The airway mode of transportation is recommended when the cargo size is not too large and you are in need of faster delivery. Under this method, your order will be dispatched through DHL, UPS or FedEx for door delivery. Your order will be delivered to your door steps. Only additional cost that you may need to pay is the import duty if the custom department charges any duty. There will be not be any extra expense apart from custom duty.

Usually, the shipping companies take around 7 - 12 working days for delivery depending upon the country.

Details of Seaway Mode of Transportation

The Sea Way mode of transportation is recommended when the cargo is large and heavy as this mode of transportation is cost effective for the large cargo. Under this method, your order will be shipped by sea. Your order will be delivered to you at the nearest sea port or inland port from your location. We will inform you the exact serviceable port before you confirm your order with us.

Usually, the transit time is approx 35 to 45 days under this method.

Once the shipment arrives at the port, there are certain charges you will need to pay in additional to the charges that we have collected from you. We collect all the charges payable at our end. The different ports have the different port charges. The most common charges payable are as given below:

1. ISF Filing charges (Only applicable for US Buyers)
2. Import Custom Clearance Charges at your end
3. Delivery Order Fees (DO Fees)
4. Destination Terminal Handling Charges
5. IT Fees
6. Chasis Fees
7. Stripping Fees
